ABOUT MILLIES

From the location of the world famous DeLorean factory to a powerhouse linen village in the 19th century, Dunmurry is steeped in rich history and character. In fact, it’s from these very mills that the term ‘Millies’ became a local term of endearment for the women who worked there.

To celebrate this history, we decided to dawn the name ‘Millies’ Public House & Kitchen - celebrating the women of the past who made Dunmurry so famous. Previously, McGlone’s, Millies is a family run business nestled at the cross roads of Dunmurry lane and Kingsway, and has seen a complete  dramatic overhaul.

Along with the new look comes an extended bar with an array of stylish cocktails, our new interior Green House adorned with rich, emerald green shrubbery and luxuriant foliage, a dining area with a fresh selection of mouth-watering gastropub dishes, an exclusive VIP balcony area and The Linen Room for private events. From a modern bar to a cosy fire, Millies offers something for everyone and puts the customer at the heart of all we do.
